I am a Research Associate with the KIOS Research and Innovation Center of Excellence at the University of Cyprus, working with Prof. Marios Polycarpou and Prof. Christos Panayiotou. My research interests lie within the areas of learning from nonstationary, limited-labelled, and imbalanced data streams with applications in monitoring of critical infrastructures and in healthcare.

Previously, I was a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow at the University of Cyprus, a visiting researcher with the Polytechnic University of Milan (POLIMI) working with Prof. Manuel Roveri and Prof. Cesare Alippi, and a post-doctoral researcher with the Department of Computer Science at University College London (UCL) working with Prof. Jun Wang. I also held Data Scientist roles in industry (London).

I hold a PhD degree (2015) from the Department of Computer Science at the University of York, UK on multiagent learning and coordination with applications in network intrusion detection and response. It was supervised by Dr. Daniel Kudenko and funded by an EPSRC Doctoral Training Accounts (DTA) Studentship. Prior to my PhD studies, I obtained my MEng degree in Computer Systems and Software Engineering (First Class, 2010) from the same department.
